Bike Education
Purpose: To educate our students, staff, and families about bike, skateboard, and scooter safety as well as the rules of the road in order to keep everyone safe on our streets.
Bike Permit Information
Middle and high school students who are riding their bike/e-bike, skateboard or scooter to school, need to attend a 1 hour training session to obtain a permit sticker. If you attended one of these sessions in a previous school year and already received a permit, you do not need to take the course again. Once students complete the one hour training session, the acknowledgement sheet needs to be signed and returned (copies are available in the front office at each school). Then the permit sticker will be sent to the student's school site with more information. If you have any questions, please contact Taresa McSpadden taresamcspadden@vistausd.org.
