The purpose of the Maintenance Department is to provide school sites and district facilities functional, safe, and efficient 
environment for student learning and operational excellence.

This is being accomplished by:

  • The development of an actionable deferred maintenance plan.
  • Responsive services to work order requests.
  • Proactive summer planning and development services.
  • The establishment of standards of care for our students, faculty, and staff.
  • Ongoing professional development to meet or exceed our standards of care. 
  • A focus on continuous improvement and growth in all aspects of our service. 

Scope of Responsibility
Ongoing maintenance of site utilities, sewer, structural, exteriors surfaces, interior surfaces, roof tops, HVAC, classroom infrastructure, hardscaping, and fire alarm systems within 350 hours of project scope.
