Purpose Statement
To provide clear, effective, and efficient procedures to process contracts for services and support to advance learning and operational excellence within our schools and the district. 

This is being accomplished by:

  • Establishing modern contract management tools and procedures. 
  • Annually updating contract template to remain compliant with current laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Improving electronic contract submissions and signature processes. 
  • Providing professional development and site supports on how to submit contracting. 
  • Maintaining website resources updated for schools and departments to access the most relevant and accurate information on the need for contracts

Scope of Responsibility

All aspects of the administration of the contract procurement process, including organizing, preparing, and reviewing documents to ensure that contracts comply with federal, state, and local codes, regulations, laws, and policies.

Contracting at a Glance
Over 1,400 contracts were reviewed and processed by the District in the 2024-25 school year.
