Educational Excellence provides the primary direction and guidance to all aspects of the Vista Unified School District educational programs including the following departments: Curriculum & Instruction, Special Education, Student Services and Adult Education. The primary goal is to assist schools to deliver high quality instruction which inspires each and every student to persevere as critical thinking individuals who collaborate to solve real world problems and are College and Career ready through the implementation of the Common Core State Standards. Instructional Services works collaboratively with parents, teachers, support staff, school and the community to promote student learning in support of district goals.
