VUSD Board Goals 2025-2026

The Governing Board provides educational leadership by adopting goals that are aligned to our Vision and Learner Portrait. These goals provide clarity on expected outcomes for student learning in the academic, behavioral, and social/emotional environments. Board goals also guide important decisions, help our staff measure progress, and make sure everyone is working toward the same priorities. The Board Goals are aligned to priority areas from the California Department of Education and the VUSD Framework for the Future to ensure the district meets obligations set by the state and our community.
